Afternoon tea at Crewe Hall

Hello guys & dolls :-)
So yesterday I went to Crewe Hall for afternoon tea, I have never been before locally and it was lovely. I went with my sister, my mum & my popah. We had a lovely time. I thought I would post a blog with some pics from our day & the outfit & jewellery I wore for the occasion. I also wore all of my new make-up from my previous post & I loved the result!
This is the outfit I chose to wear. I wore plain black leggings from River Island, a lacy H&M top which is slightly see through so I put a plain black New Look vest top underneath. I then wore my new Kardashian Kollection ombré blazer over the top & this really dressed the look up. I love this blazer, the colours are perfect for the summer & it's lightweight too so very comfy. Oh I also wore my Office Grand National knee high boots which I have been obsessed with since I bought them- they are so versatile and wearable!
My jewellery choices were my Belle Noel wishbone necklace, some earrings that i bought from a local bargain store & i LOVE this lizard ring which i bought from Monsoon.

My mum insisted on taking some paparazzi style photos just outside my new house too! Haha
This is my sister and I ready to go:

Inside the lounge where we had afternoon tea:
We got some sherry on arrival... Cheers from my Mum and I!
I chose traditional english breakfast tea but there was lots of choices. They also have you a little timer for the brew time of your chosen tea so it was just right!
Our selection of treats:

We had a super time and I would recommend it to anyone :-) Hope you like my outfit choice & the finish of my new make-up (to see my new make-up, see my previous post)!

Shopping spree

Hello angels xx

So yesterday I went shopping to my favourite city- Liverpool with my sister. We shopped till we dropped so I thought I would post a blog about some of my new things.

I got some new beauty bits:
The 'match perfection' concealer is great! It not only hides but also highlights to make your eyes look brighter. I use this just under my eyes to hide fatigue! I used to use MAC concealer but I am not that big of a fan, this one is much better in my opinion.
The MAC powder is fab, really keeps all of my make up in place and gives you a really flawless finish. As for the foundation, I was previously using the Rimmel match perfection foundation but it really irritated my eyes! It was a great foundation but made my eyes water whenever I wore it so I had to buy this one. But now I have bought this one, I actually prefer it- it is much thicker and I quite like that in a foundation.
And finally, I bought the Benefit brow kit. This was a bit expensive at £23 but the lady informed me that it lasts for 2-3 years so when looking at it that way, you pay for what you get! I tried this kit for the first time today (see photo below), I love it! It comes with a wax, tweezers and colour. Oh and also a little lesson inside to teach you how to do it. I was really pleased with the results.
I also bought some new clothes which I love :-). Obviously I bought some of the new kardashian kollection and a mixture of other bits:

L'OCCITANE new products

Hello :-)

So yesterday I went out with my mum and she took me to her favourite shop- L'OCCITANE. I have only ever shopped there once for hand cream and have never really appreciated how great it is until yesterday! I really enjoyed my visit, the shop had testers of everything for you to try and the staff in the shop were very helpful. I also got to try a brand new product which she had only just unboxed- their BB cream 'Sublime beauty cream', currently priced at £25. I am a big fan of BB creams but this one was better than any I have yet tried.
Sublime Beauty Cream Light I tried both shades of the cream and found the 'light' shade to suit my skin the best. The other shade 'medium' had quite yellowy tones in it.
You can read more here:

I also got to try another new product, their 'Iris Angelica: Unveil flawless skin', 'essence sublime' currently priced at £39. This is a beauty serum too, so quite similar to the BB cream except it has no colour in it so it is more like a primer. I tried it on my hand and it literally made me skin feel like silk! My skin was also illumnified, it was beautiful.
I will definitely be purchasing this when I get paid :-). You can view more about this product below:

I would definitely recommend a visit to L'OCCITAINE to try out some of their products, they all smell divine and will make you feel very pampered.

My typical day beauty regime

Hello dolls :-)
Thought I would post about my daily beauty regime on a typical day. The products that I use are affordable but great quality.
So in the shower I like to use Radox body washes, the below scent is relatively new & I love it! It says on the bottle that it is a 'feel good fragrance' & it certainly helps to lift my spirits & brighten me up. I also use a very cheap Alberto balsam shampoo- they smell delicious & leave my hair looking very healthy & shiny. I also use the conditioner every wash. After my shower, I like to wrap up in a fluffy pink towel & moisturise using the summer body moisturiser which I have already blogged about. I also like the fresh scent of this Dove deodorant. Like I said, very simple & affordable but I love these products.
My make up bag looks like this... Again very affordable but products which I always use :-). I start with the bb cream which evens out any blemishes I may have before applying my foundation. I tend to mix the 2 below shades and I find this gives me a really flawless complexion. The powder then gets rid of any shine on my face. I then apply concealer under my eyes if I need to. I always apply the MAC illumnifier to the tops of my cheek bones, under my eyebrows, my Cupid's bow & down my nose bone. I then use the shiny powder from in the palette to the same areas. I then use the bronzer to contour my face, finishing with the blusher on my cheeks. I do a smoky eye with black eyeliner on the insides of my eyes & darken my eyebrows with the brow pencil. I then apply lots of mascara!

On this picture there are also 2 OPI products which I use daily- nail envy & cuticle oil. I went through a stage of always wearing false nails and this made my nails quite brittle but the OPI nail envy has sorted them out and helps their growth. Definitely worth a try!

Just before leaving the house, i spritz some marc Jacobs daisy perfume on & apply my Avon lipgloss.
I keep things simple with my outfits if I am just running errands or popping to the shops with either leggings/trousers paired with a blouse/nice tee and my favourite leather jacket. Below is a photo of what I have worn today- converse, khaki trousers from Zara, peacock tee from Zara and my kardashian kollection leather jacket. Sorry you can't see my outfit properly. I will invest in a full length mirror for selfies!

Then at the end of the day, I use Nivea make up wipes (I know it's better to use toner & creams but at the end of a hard day, I tend to just want to get in bed as fast as I can!) I combat this by doing a face mask from LUSH once a week. Once I have taken my make up off, I wash my face, apply some Nivea moisturiser all over my face & neck then put some burt's bees lip balm on my lips. I then put some burt's bees hand balm on followed by some cuticle balm also by burt's bees.
And that's me :-)
